Sequin Tail Wrap
Pink flannel fabric with zigzag sewn pink sequins. First version was a continuous sewn tube, second edition added a hook and loop closure.
Worn at the base of the tail. First version wrap is difficult to put on. Use a length of string or floss threaded through wrap. Insert tail through string loop and pull hair through the wrap.
Notes
Chloe and Feelin' Fancy Chloe may have come with either wrap style. Because Chloe was available for purchase at the same time as Feelin' Fancy Chloe in 1989 and 1990, it's possible the factories just packaged with whatever style they had on hand for the run they were doing.
