Ariel

Ariel is yellow with gray highlights and pink points and yellow tightly curled hair. Lighter version Ariel is identified by light gray highlights and light pink points. Dark Ariel is identified by darker blue gray highlights and more saturated pink points.

Notes

Ariel seems to have a lot of paint variations. I'm not sure if this is just factory variance or variance by year or release in different countries. The darkest Ariel shown here has paint with a more matte finish than typically seen with the fillies. I'm not sure about her origin, but I also acquired the softer, fluffier variant tutu pictured on the tutu accessory page with her. It's possible she was some small run sample as the tutu seems to resemble the one pictured in the promotional material more closely than the stiff mesh tutu that is commonly found with her. This is all speculation and I have no provenance to prove it.
