Gathered pink mesh with silver tinsel and gold elastic.
Worn around the loin and flank with the ruffle on top.
Notes
Variant tutu is a softer and fluffier fabric with a slightly different inset tinsel. I'm not sure if this tutu was part of a general release, it is not very common if it is.
